Dry Aligote Wine
The Aligote grape variety is ideal for creating dry white wine. The strength of the drink is 11-13%. It was first used three hundred years ago in Burgundy and continues to this day. In 1937 the production was given a special status, which raised the class of the wine and attracted more gourmets to it. The berries ripen early, so the drink is low in sugar, sour and light. Herbs, flowers and apples are evident in the aroma and flavor. Even with many years of aging the drink retains its freshness, its properties become more pronounced and mineral tones appear. Dry Aligote wine pairs well with:
