White dry wine Aligote is produced from the popular white grape variety. It is a drink with a strength of 11-13%. It was first made 300 years ago in Burgundy. The raw material is suitable for the preparation of varietal and sparkling wine. Thanks to the early ripening of berries it is possible to get a refreshing, sour taste with a light floral and herbal aroma. Aligote is not considered to be a high-end wine, it is not aged, but consumed young, so don't expect too much depth of flavor. Due to the peculiarities of terroir, the wine acquires a light mineral hue. There are producers who age the wine, which makes its taste pronounced and preserves its floral nuances.
