Wine Pasas is a whole line of original Spanish wines. Each sip of the drink tells its own story and allows you to enjoy the wonders of nature. The taste features ripe fruit, juicy berries and delicate vanilla hints. The wine is produced from grapes whose vines are more than 30 years old. The grapes are harvested by hand at the beginning of November, after which the vinification process begins. Maceration takes about 15 days, and for alcoholic fermentation the must is placed in steel tanks. It takes place at a temperature of 26 degrees. For aging, the wine is placed in oak barrels. This gives the wines a special taste and aroma, with a light woody aftertaste.
