Jabulani wines are juicy, pleasant varietal drinks with excellent tartness and sufficient tannins. They are made from varieties grown in South Africa. To achieve an optimal flavor and aroma, the beverage is subjected to a traditional vinification process which is carried out under strict temperature control. The wine pairs well with a variety of foods, but it is best drunk with meat. Its taste is full-bodied and succulent with balanced acidity. We can taste prunes, cocoa, cherries and blackberries. The wine is aromatic, with an intense and elegant flavor dominated by cherry wood and berries. It is worth eating with roast pork, sausages and pates.
