White wine from the village of Gai-Kodzor, made from European grape varieties. The optimum quality is achieved thanks to the fact that the berries are harvested by hand and carefully selected. The vinification is done in steel vats, which hold dozens of tons. The result is a wine that is mild and tasty. It is dominated by dark berries and a long aftertaste with a pleasant, velvety astringency. The aroma of the wine has pronounced peculiarities of the varietal, spicy and fruity notes. Various gastronomic combinations are acceptable, but best of all it goes with light dishes. It should be served chilled as an aperitif. Today, the products from the village are attractive for their quality and unique taste properties.
