The red dry wine Fanagoria is made from European grape varieties, in particular Cabernet Sauvignon. It is grown in the company's own vineyards on the Taman Peninsula. The production is made with the help of special technological methods: repairing, pigeonage and malolactic fermentation. The result is a dark pomegranate colored beverage with a bright bouquet that includes fruit and wild berries with tones of violets. The wine has a medium body. It has a velvety taste and soft tannins. It also has a long berry aftertaste. This wine goes excellently with grilled meat dishes. It is better to drink it at a temperature of 16 degrees.
