Afterwards, the drink is placed in barriques for a long time. Decantation is recommended before drinking. The wine has an excellent ageing potential. It can be stored for more than thirty years. The taste is characterized by a full body. It is velvety and soft with pleasant tannins. The structure of the drink is dense, the taste is harmonious, creamy with a long, elegant aftertaste. Its aroma has a complex berry bouquet with spices and mineral tones. It should be served with meat dishes, vegetables and aged cheeses.
